FLBL NOTRE DAME, hereinafter referred to as the "Data Controller", processes personal data concerning you for the purpose of recruitment management.
This processing is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).
Unless you object, your data may also be used to enrich our CV database so that we can contact you again should a position matching your profile become available. This second processing is based on the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6.1.f of the General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR): facilitating future recruitments.
This data is processed by authorised personnel within the organisation and, where applicable, by our subcontractors responsible for specific tasks (including the management of certain recruitment operations, hosting, and maintenance). Initially, your data is retained for the duration necessary for the completion of the recruitment process, then, unless you object, it will be kept in our CV database for two years from the date of last contact.
In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to access your personal data. Where applicable, you may request its rectification or erasure, obtain restriction of processing, or object to the retention of your CV in our database by submitting a request directly to the office or its Data Protection Officer at the following address: dpo.not@adnov.fr. If, after contacting us, you believe that your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with a European supervisory authority: the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) for France.
