Our rates<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

A distinction is drawn between tariff-based fees and unregulated fees.
Areas reserved for the notarial service are priced identically by all notaries in France. These tariffs are set by law and are applicable throughout the entire French territory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tariff-based fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With the client’s agreement, the tariff-based fee may be completed by an additional fee if a specific service is required.
On the other hand, areas of activity that are shared between several legal professionals are not regulated, and are therefore unrestricted. Even so, they must be the subject of an agreement concluded with the client prior to the service being undertaken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Drafting of General Assembly Minutes: \u20ac120 including VAT
Legalization of signature : 100 \u20ac including VAT
Certified copy : 50 \u20ac including VAT (more than 10 pages by estimate)
Consultation for holographic will (appointment, advice, registration in the central file and conservation) : 300 \u20ac including VAT
In the event of an extraneous element : 480 \u20ac including VAT
Drafting of a power of attorney : 100 \u20ac including VAT
Drafting of a judicial request : 300 \u20ac including VAT
Administration of an estate : 60 \u20ac including VAT per month
Consultation in the office on all subjects :
Up to 30 minutes : 100 \u20ac including VAT
Between 30 minutes and 1 hour : 200 \u20ac including VAT
Payment of bills, repatriation of bank funds, creditor mail, debtor reminder : fixed fee 150 \u20ac..<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Power of attorney<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Authenticated power of attorney : application of the notarial fee
Simple power of attorney : 80 \u20ac including VAT<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preliminary sale contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Preliminary contract\u00a0: 450 \u20ac including VAT
Preliminary contract of over 1 M\u00a0: 780 \u20ac including VAT
Preliminary contact of over 5 M\u00a0: 1200 \u20ac including VAT
Please note : these fees may be accompanied by a registration fee depending on the nature of the preliminary contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Property negotiation and rental management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Concerning property negotiation :
5% of the sale price excluding VAT.
If the price is less than 100,000 \u20ac : fixed fee of 6,000 \u20ac including VAT.
If the price is above 500,000 \u20ac : 5% including VAT<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Real estate expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Apartments : 
<\/strong>Small surface area, studio style to 2 main rooms : 400 \u20ac excluding VAT
Medium surface area – 2 to 3 main rooms : 500 \u20ac excluding VAT
Medium-large surface area (up to 100 sq.m) : 700 \u20ac excluding VAT
Large surface area (100 to 130 sq.m) : 800 \u20ac excluding VAT
Very large surface area : by estimate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Houses : 
<\/strong>Surface area of less than 100 sq.m : 750 \u20ac excluding VAT
Medium surface area (100 to 175 sq.m) : 950 \u20ac excluding VAT
Surface area of over 175 sq.m : by estimate<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Substantiated estimates of value<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

By estimate, depending on the property’s geographic distance and surface area : from 150 to 500 \u20ac including VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Business and corporate law<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Company incorporation : 2,500 \u20ac including VAT.
Transfer of company shares : (1.2% of gross assets including VAT) with a minimum fee of 1,200 \u20ac including VAT.
Transfers of leases and businesses : 1.2% of the price including VAT with a minimum of 3,000 \u20ac including VAT.
Dissolution and liquidation of a company : 1,200 \u20ac including VAT.
Follow-up of annual tax returns : by estimate, based on the hourly rate of 300 \u20ac including VAT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
